Over the past month, Tom and his bandmates, Max George, Jay McGuinness, Siva Kaneswaran and Nathan Sykes have taken to different stages in the UK as part of their reunion tour.
Their last show was at the M&S Bank Arena in Maritime City.
Just two days ago, Tom called The Wanted the Dream Team after posting a photo of the band from their last party.
Last month, Tom was in Spain receiving a revolutionary treatment in his battle with incurable brain cancer.

The father of two was in a private hospital trying to enjoy their run and was able to get out on the road, despite missing opening nights.
Tom took to Instagram a few times to share snaps and videos from the tour.
He simply captioned one of his photos on stage: “My happy place.”
Tom revealed in October 2020 that he had stage 4 inoperable glioblastoma.
For the past two years, the star has kept fans updated about his health on social media.
But earlier today his wife Kelsey confirmed his death.
Kelsey told The Sun: “It is with the heaviest of hearts we can confirm that Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family at his side.
“Our hearts are broken.
“Tom was the center of our world and we can’t imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence.
“We are truly grateful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all come together to ensure that Tom’s light continues to shine for his beautiful children.
“Thank you to everyone who supported in his care throughout. He fought to the end.”
Kelsey shared two photos while announcing the heartbreaking news on Instagram.
The first photo she posted was a black and white throwback photo of her husband.
The second is a lovely family photo of Tom and Kelsey and their children Aurelia and baby Bodhi.
Kelsey told her followers: “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we can confirm that Tom passed away peacefully earlier today and all his family members are by his side.
